NEXT STEPS

1) SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION (Early-mid December)

Think of this more as a working meeting. You will be prompted to fill out a form when you schedule your consultation which allows me to come prepared with physical samples that are used in our discussion.

Within 5 business days, we will provide a written summary with our recommendations, plan of action, and an estimate of our hours based on the scope.

2) CONTRACT & RETAINER (Mid-late December)

We will review the contract together to make sure you have clarity around how we operate. ​

Once contract is signed and retainer is received, the full-service design process officially commences.

3) PROGRAMMING (Late December-Early January)

To expedite the process I will promptly provide a programming document that dives even deeper into your needs and desires. Don't underestimate the time it takes to complete this step thoroughly, especially when you need feedback from others on your team.

Once returned I will review and we can schedule a meeting or call to confirm we're on the same page before proceeding to the next phase in our design process.

At this point I will be working with your contractor and local vendors to make sure they are clear on their scope and make sure your project is on their calendar for completion before the end of Q1.

4) DESIGN DEVELOPMENT (Early January-Late February)

At this stage we will be clear on the path forward and your project will be getting my full attention, making progress at a swift pace.

Please keep in mind we will be visiting family on the east coast until January 10th so although progress will be happening before our return, we will be ready to jump in fully on January 11th.

5) CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT (March)

Depending on the scope, construction will commence and I can support with project management as needed until project is complete.

Although we cannot guarantee timelines as many things are outside of our control, we will do everything within our power to move things along and meet your deadline of completion by end of Q1.
