GLOBAL BRIGADES - PANAMA

 

Andi traveled to Central America with Global Brigade, to improve the quality of life for the residents of El Entradero, Panama. The group worked with a local NGO to construct water filtration systems to filter water with low cost, local materials. Before reaching the barrels, water pumps through PVC pipe with contents that consist of stone, pebble, and sand to filter out contaminants for rural mountain communities with no access to clean water.
